We get literally hundreds of messages every week. Please understand that our time is limited and, whilst we endeavour to answer all messages from our members, we simply cannot respond to every message from non-members.
As you can imagine, almost all of our time is taken up by: planning, travelling, shooting, post-productions, editing, web-design and maintenance, etc. So, if you don't get an answer, we are not being rude, or ignoring you, this is just a matter of logistics!
